2025 Sailing Directions 148 (Enroute) Volume II covers the Caribbean from Aruba and the Coast of Venezuela through the Panama Canal to the Coast of Mexico and the Rio Grande. It is issued for use in conjunction with Sailing Directions 140 (Planning Guide) North Atlantic Ocean, North Sea, Baltic Sea, and the Mediterranean Sea.
