Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

Bluewater Books & Charts currently ships via FedEx for both domestic and international shipments. For domestic shipments we offer Fedex Ground, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Overnight. For international shipments we offer FedEx International Priority.

We can ship to APO and PO boxes. Please contact us for USPS, UPS, or DHL methods or state your needs in the order comments and we will accomodate you.

When will my order ship?

Orders with in stock items will be shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise displayed. If an item you ordered becomes unexpectedly out of stock we will immediately contact you to relay an updated ship date. The shipping department is operational only Monday through Friday, and orders submitted after 3PM EST may not be processed until the next business day.

When will I receive my package?

The graphic table below illustrates the estimated number of business days it will take for your order to reach you within the Continental U.S., if shipped by FedEx Ground.

Most FedEx shipments will safely reach their destinations within the number of days shown below, however time of day is not guaranteed.

For the sake of clarity, let us explain the numbers below (the shipping date is not counted in the estimate):

2 Days means an order shipped on Tuesday will most likely arrive on Thursday.

3 Days means an order shipped on Tuesday will most likely arrive on Friday.

2 Days shipped on Thursday will most likely arrive on Monday.

Please note that the days in transit count only as business days – that is, Monday through Friday, not counting holidays.
